Ingredients

can tuna
4
large eggs
half onion
sliced
3
cloves
garlic
minced
cooked rice
hot sauce for topping
optional
Instructions
In the medium pan, heat oil in medium setting
Sautee garlic and onions
Add the can of tuna and cook for a few minutes
Pour in the eggs. Mix ingredients well. As soon as the eggs have semi-soft texture. Pull from heat.
Place on top of rice.
Serve immediately.
Add hot sauce for a bit spice.
