The shorter route to making an infamous dish packed with delicious ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz. bag okra
- 1 16 oz. bag green beans
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 large Roma tomato chunks
- 1/2 cup small dried shrimps
- 1/8 cup cooking oil
- pinch salt and pepper for taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in saute pan.
- Add garlic and onions. cook for a minute or two.
- Add dried shrimps and continue to cook for another 2 minutes until shrimps turn light brown.
- Add okra and green beans and cover pan. Cook for 10-15 minutes until done.
- Serve over rice or as a side dish.
Notes
Optional: Add dried fish for more flavor. Fish sauce is another option. Salt is unnecessary at this point.
