Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
  • hand mixer

Instructions
 

  • Place whipping cream in a mixing bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer, whisk cream for 1-2 minutes according to desired consistency.
  • Whisk more to achieve stiff peaks. It is a good topping for beverages.

Notes

Keep chilled for later use. For larger quantities, use an electric mixer instead.
