Easy Homemade Whipping Cream
Make fresh whipping cream at home add it to your favorite beverage, dessert and other deserving dishes.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c heavy whipping cream
- hand mixer
Instructions
- Place whipping cream in a mixing bowl.
- Using a hand mixer, whisk cream for 1-2 minutes according to desired consistency.
- Whisk more to achieve stiff peaks. It is a good topping for beverages.
Notes
Keep chilled for later use. For larger quantities, use an electric mixer instead.
