Spicy Bulgogi Noodle Bowl

A fusion of bulgogi and fried noodles with the touch of korean spicy bean paste.

Ingredients
  

Bulgogi

  • 2 cups beef thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp. ginger minced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 5 large cloves garlic minced
  • 6 green onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Noodle Bowl

  • 2 packs udon boiled
  • 2 packs instant noodles boiled
  • 2 tbsp. or more red bean paste Gochujang
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

Bulgogi

  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Add meat and mix it well. cover with cling wrap and marinate overnight.

Noodle Bowl

  • Boil noodles until cooked. drain and let it run under cold water and set aside.
  • Heat oil.
  • Cook marinated meat and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add noodles and toss with meat thoroughly.
  • Add Gochujang and water. Mix in well.
  • Serve with Korean side dishes.

Notes

Options:Garnish with sesame seeds. Beef can be replaced with pork or chicken. For more spiciness, add more Gochujang if desired.
