What To Do With Leftover Kimchi

 

If you have ever made kimchi, especially if only a few people eat it, you know for a fact that the batch ferments faster than we can consume them. So the dilemma here is what to do with over fermented kimchi. We decided that every time we make kimchi, the rest will not go to the waste bin anymore. We will feature our first recipe this week.
